Let me start by saying that I hate automated messaging/menu systems.
I tried to call yesterday, but got the message that all the lines were busy and to call back sometime after Tuesday. Joy. So, I tried calling this afternoon when I got out of class. Couldn't seem to find the right menu to do what I needed to do. Finally, after about 10-15 minutes, I got to a live person. When I told him what was going on he said he would transfer me to an agent to help me with the issue. Where was I transferred to? An automated menu!!! Went through it's hoops and it seemed like I was finally going to get to speak to a person then their system cut me off. Now, when I try to call back it tells me they're experiencing a heavy call volume and to call back later in the week!!!

The week is almost over. I need that money to pay my bills.
