Well, the weekend was okay and I've even got my first sunburn of the year.
Saw "V for Vendetta" Friday and enjoyed it.
Saturday, went to TN to take care of some business and visit with family. Got to see my niece Katie play a little baseball :)
Sunday, stayed home to get some work done around the house. It's going to take a month to get that place in the shape I'd like it to be in. Sent![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
aikidragon to get the lawnmower to take care of the yard. He was gone longer than expected and I didn't want to be the only one doing the work, so I pulled out my kite and played with it for about an hour. That's about how long it took aiki to get back to the house. Got the kite out about 300 ft. this time. Problem was, I was wearing a spaghetti strap tank top and had my hair pulled up in a ball cap. Didn't think anything about it since I wasn't out that long. Later that evening, aiki noticed the strap marks across my shoulders and they're a very nice shade of red.
Did get some work done yesterday, but not as much as I'd have liked. Hope to get more done this week as well as finishing up the mock-up of the corset foramberblue. Just wish I were sleeping better so I wasn't feeling so exhausted all the time. Then again, that won't happen until I know something about the job. Well, gotta get some work done, so off I go.
