Was up until almost 3 last night because Fancy decided to hide when I was ready to go to bed.  I spent 30 minutes looking for her before I turned out the lights hoping that she'd start moving around and I'd hear her and be able to find her.  Got up a couple of times and walked through the dark house, but she never moved.  Finally got worried that she might be tangled in a blinds cord that is hidden by an open closet door, so went to check that and found her sitting on top of the back side of that door where she couldn't be seen.  She came to me without issue when I put my hand up for her and didn't argue about going into her cage :)

Night before last, a neighbors cat sat outside my bedroom window and howled all night.  It kept coming back during the day yesterday as well.  Last night, after I found Fancy and put her to cage, I heard the cat start again and then something attacked it.  Since then, haven't heard a peep from it.

Got a call a few minutes ago from the temp agency.  The guy who is supposed to interview me is out sick today.  Interview has been rescheduled for 11:30 Thursday, so that's something to do while Dad's tearing my old tile out.  Tried calling Gail in CTAT at Roane State again, but she was in a meeting.  I left a message with one of her co-workers for her.  The guy at the unemployment office gave me a link to another job website.  The site indeed.com apparently searches other job sites for the criteria you list and then gives them to you by either relevance or date.  I found a couple of jobs that I hadn't seen before and it searches some job sites that I'd never heard of.

Been wanting to read something fantasy for a while now.  Started to read the few Oz books I have, but I don't know the order in which they should be read and it appears that to read them all, I'd need to go find the other 25-30 odd Oz books and read them all in order.  Have also wanted to start gaming in a setting I'm familiar with.  The Saturday night RPG is set in Tunfaire, the world of the "From the Files of Garrett, PI" by Glen Cook.  Since I've never read any of these books, I'm having some trouble adapting to this game.  So, I've gone back and started re-reading my Thieves World books.  Love Thieves World!  I've got all the books, most of the spin-off novels, the new RPG books and a couple of the books from the new series.  Just checked the wikipedia listing for Thieves World, looks like there are a few books I need to start looking for because I either didn't know they existed or had seen them, but didn't know they were part of Thieves World...  Anyway, I've read through the RPG books, and although I've never run an RPG game before, I'm considering running this one if I can get the players I want and schedule it for sometime during the week or on Saturday afternoons... Will have to look into that.  The fact that I'm a bit slow in the mental processing department may mean I'll need to hand the running of the game off to someone else though.  We'll see.

Well, since my original plan for today has been shot, here's what I need to get done either today or over the next day or so:

Take form to Wackenhut
Get groceries
Get prescription
Pick up a few necessities at Wal-mart
Finish pulling up the carpet
Take pictures of the cracks in the floor
Wash dishes
Sweep/vacuum
Pick-up stuff from the living room floor in prep for tile removal
Paint minis for Wayne
Pick up/organize in sewing room and start prepping to make stuff for sale
