I got it!!!

Alicia just called and said the seller accepted my final offer on the house.  They'll fix the water main.  Gotta find out from Jackie what on the list of stuff that needed repair will absolutely have to be done before they send in the property assessor.  I tried calling Alicia back when I went on break, but got her voicemail.  In the message I asked her about the termite inspection that has to be done before the sale can go through.  Hope to hear back from her when I get off work.  Luckily, I don't go in to work tomorrow until 5:15, so can take care of some paperwork then.  Plus, I'm off Tues. and Wed. so can also do some work on those days as well.
