Today

Well, I actually slept last night, that is, once I fell asleep :) Storms started rolling through a little after 10:00 last night so I went to sleep to the sounds of rain on a tin roof. Didn't wake up until this morning just before the alarm went off. Was having weird dreams about work.

aikidragon actually got up with me and helped me carry things out to my car and even helped me gather up things last night and this morning for my trip this weekend. That was nice as he usually never really communicates with me in the mornings and never gets up with me. Went through things last night trying to pick out clothes for the weekend. I've got leather pants and a variety of tops for tomorrow and then a nice breezy white outfit for Sunday's trip to the Loch Norman Highland Games. It'll be my first time to a Highland games event :) Looking forward to it :D

After work, need to make a few pit stops and then heading up to shdwkitten and emrys_nc's place to spend the night tonight. noreht and bioignis will also be there. We'll all be driving to Charlotte tomorrow for the Mythology Roundtable and then heading over to Lake Norman for the Highland Games on Sunday. Sunday evening we'll all be heading home again :D

Well, gotta get to work now.
