Storms

Not sure when the first storm blew through last night, but it woke me up. Second set of storms came through starting around 4:30. Haven't been back to sleep since then. Lots of hail in both storms. The path to the car was white with hail when I left the house. Very sleepy and unmotivated this morning.

Usually, storms don't wake me or bother me, but I had trouble getting to sleep and the thunder was extremely loud. Rain sounded harder than usual as well and the hail sounded like a mob of angry people were swarming the trailer and banging on it with a multitude of hammers in varying sizes. Guess it was the volume of it all that kept me awake. Really would like to get a new house with a real roof on it and some insulation to help dull the noise when storms like this blow across the mountain. If I hadn't needed to get up and go to work this morning, I'd have gotten up and watched the lightening.

Play yesterday went well. Work took longer than expected, but I was able to get everything out that I'd planned to get out this weekend. aikidragon helped me a lot here at work last night. Thank you.

Well, off to get more stuff done.
