Job Update

Well, this afternoon we received official word that we are being released by ATS to apply for the jobs at Eaton. We have to go through the whole interview/hiring process all over again, but at least we have the opportunity to try and keep our jobs. Not only that, ATS has quite a few lucrative contracts for Machine Maintenance with Eaton so they aren't going to charge them a finders fee if they hire us. Also, it sounds like we'll finally be getting the help we need. Rex talked to the guy who will be in charge of the interview process and Rex mentioned the need for a 3rd person. This other guy said that Eaton has an intern program where college students can come work for Eaton to get practical experience and suggest we make use of that. Yay!

So, I get to go home in a few minutes and update my resume so I can apply with Eaton for the position I currently have through ATS. Here's hoping things go quickly :)
