Vet again...

Had to take Findabair to the vet again last night. Got home and Madeline had attacked her and was ripping her left eye out. Vet put the eye back in place and stitched the lid mostly shut. She left a small opening for me to put an ointment into it 3x/day. Finda is doing okay now, but if anyone wants to donate to a vet fund for my gliders let me know and I'll get you the address for my paypal account.

For those who don't know my gliders, I have 7 now plus 2 in pouch. Fancy is my oldest. Madeline is the next oldest and the only adult who is not a rescue. She currently has 2 babies in pouch. Phoebe is about the same age as Madeline and is the mother of Leto. Lugh and Maeve are a brother sister pair who are almost a year old and Findabair is Maeve's baby. Lugh is my only male and the father of all the babies. At this point, everyone gets along except Madeline. Madeline has taken to attacking the babies (not her own) as well as Phoebe. Maeve attacks Madeline. The current plan is to wait until Madeline's babies are weened (about 10-12 wks out of pouch), then see if the breeder who sold me Madelinw will take her and one of her babies back. Fancy used to terrorize Phoebe, but stopped once Phoebe had Leto. Other than Madeline and the babies, all of my gliders are rescues. At this point, being unemployed, paying vet bills is starting to get hard. So, if anyone wants to support my glider rescue operation, donations would be appreciated :)
