My Phone, She Is Dead...
Jan. 3rd, 2008 02:48 pm Okay, this is for peeps who might actually try to call me.
My phone took a nose dive out of my purse as I was getting ready to leave for lunch today. Apparently, this was one drop too many and she's given up the ghost. Went by the Verizon store and the phone I wanted was going to cost me well over $100 even with the "new every two" discount. So, went home, went on-line and ordered the phone through the website and got it for free with free shipping. New phone should be here in the next 2-5 business days.
Sad news? Because the old phone won't power up, they won't be able to transfer my contacts. I'll post an all call for those who have my number to call so I can get your numbers back into my phone when the new one is activated.
Edit: Just got the e-mail showing that Fed Ex picked up the phone in Memphis and it was shipped 2nd day, so here's hoping I get it Sat.
