Mine was okay.
Friday, had PT again and they just had me doing some exercising then hooked up a tens unit to my back and had me lay on some ice.  The ice hurt.  For those who don't know, I have a massive aversion to cold as my body temperature drops very quickly when exposed to it.  When I get cold, my muscles tense up and all I want to do is grab a blanket and head for the nearest warm spot I can find.  So, no joy from the ice pack.  That evening, chatted on the phone with thelovelylass for over 2 hrs and greatly enjoyed that :)  About 7:00 Adkins called from Wayne's wanting to know if I'd like to go get something to eat.  I drove over to Wayne's and met him there and proceeded to watch him play Overlord until 10:00.  Picked up pizza from Papa John's on the way home and then watched The Bourne Identity, which I'd never seen before.  Dave headed home about 1:30.

Saturday, got up and raked up the dead leaves and branches from my sparring lane, then drove up to Sci Fi City for a Warmachine/Hordes tourney.  There were 6 players so we played 3 rounds.  I lost my first game to Harrison, 5-4 on victory points.  The second game, I beat Glen who has only been playing for a week or two.  After the game, I gave him some hints on what he could have done to possibly win.  Last game, I played EJ and knew going into the game that there was no way I could defeat his army, and I didn't, but it was a fun game anyway.  We hung out until the store closed and then Dave went home to try and sleep since he'd only been able to get about 5 hrs. of sleep during the entirety of the week.  Not sure what's going on with him, but he's having trouble sleeping.  Has for a while now.

Sunday, we headed back to Sci Fi.  Dave called when I was about half-way there.  He'd taken some medicine and slept for about 12 hrs.  I got in a 500 pt. game with Mike using a force I'd not used before.  Lost, but enjoyed the game.  Dave played a new guy who's been to the store a few times, but hasn't really played that much.  Their game lasted quite a while and Dave said the guy gave him a good, close game.  Watched Dave play some ShadowRun and then we got some dinner together and he went home to try to get more sleep.  I came home and caught up on Jeckyll and Flash Gordon then caught some sleep myself.

For anyone interested, I might be at Dragon Con this year, but only for a couple of days.  Dave and I had looked at going down for Sat/Sun, but there isn't a two day pass for those days and the individual tickets add up to $70.  The two day Sun/Mon ticket is only $50, and Dave said that since Mon is a holiday, that we'd probably go down for those two days, stay overnight at a hotel on the outskirts of Atlanta.  I could probably do that without too much problem since I do have almost $100 still in my con fund.  Hope to see some of you there if we make it :)

As far as the back is concerned, muscle relaxers are helping somewhat.  I'm not in constant pain, but shifting in the right direction makes me very aware of the out of place ribs.  Getting a few sharp pains here and there due to it as well.  Hoping the drugs and the PT will eventually allow the ribs to slip back into place.  Looking forward to Oct. as that is when my last payment on the van is due and it will free up money for me to finally go back to bellydance classes if I can find a good one.  That seemed to help a lot with my back.

In other news, I'll be back in Lexington this week.  Driving up Wednesday, staying two nights and coming back Friday.  Anyone in the Lexington area wanna get together for dinner one night, let me know.
