Interesting day...
Feb. 10th, 2007 03:38 pmSo, I packed up Fancy this morning and brought her to work with me. She's spent most of the day sleeping and has eaten most of one grape.
I was here about an hour and was swapped over to eShare to take customer service chats since they are now letting people cancel their GT accounts through chats on the weekends. Yesterday, we were told that we'd only be put in the eShare group for a 2 hour period and our training only covered how to get into the system, not how to use it once you were logged in. So, I was struggling with that for a bit and only taking one chat at a time. I got here at 11:00 a.m. and it's now almost 4:00 and I'm still in eShare. I have had my name added to the cue for those getting lunch and it'll be about an hour before I can get my lunch unless something changes between now and then.
My shift is supposed to end at 8:45 tonight, but our supes came through around noonish and stated that all those taking Nascar.com calls would have to stay over tonight because there is a race starting tonight at 7:00. Not sure if I'll be staying or not, guess that will depend on whether or not I'm still in eShare or not. If not, I'll be heading over to Wayne and Claudia's to catch up on Heroes and Rome.
