Snow, snow and more snow!
Feb. 12th, 2006 11:17 amWoke up to about 5" of snow yesterday. Precip of some sort did not stop at all yesterday. If it wasn't snowing, it was sleeting. ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
aikidragon borrowed his dad's 4 wheel drive pickup during the afternoon so we could go pick up some prescritions and some gloves so he could play in the snow. Waynesville proper got about half the snow we got. The roads were all sopping wet and there wasn't enough sunlight or traffic to dry them off. This led to no gaming or Joli Rouge last night.
Woke up this morning to another 3" and it hasn't stopped snowing yet. There's been some sunlight peeping through, but aiki's parents driveway is still covered and it gets direct sunlight. This may lead to me not working today or working a shorter schedule. Waiting on a call from Mike when he leaves to find out what the roads are like. He said they were pretty slick last night when he was on his way in to work.
Oh, and they got 15" of snow at his place in Sylva. Yay Snow! :)
